Reservations: Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of $100 per person paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check or money order. Balance is due 90 days prior to start of trip and is payable by check or money order. If you wish to use a credit card there is a 3% fee.  Once deposit is received you are guaranteed of no price increase for the MAUI/MHRWW trip.  No fee on the $100 deposit.   Cancellations: Full refund less $50 per person administrative fee if you cancel for any reason more than 90 days before trip start date. 90 to 45 days prior to tour start full refund less $175 per person administrative fee if you cancel for any reason. Cancellations for any reason less than 45 to 15 days prior to trip start date full refund less $300 per person. Cancellations less than 15 days prior to trip start date full refund less $400 per person. If cancellation is for a medical emergency, confirmed in writing by a physician, maximum administration fee charged will be $400 per person up to tour start date. No refunds after tour start date.     All cancellations must be in writing. Price for March 2011 trip from $9,100 per person double occupancy.  See SPIRIT 3, SPIRIT 4 AND SPIRIT 5 FOR MOTORHOME CHOICES WITH PRICES.   MAUI/MHRWW reserves the right to cancel the tour if there are less than 5 participating couples/rigs ninety (90) days prior to trip start date and issue full refunds.   It is understood that MAUI/MHRWW acts only as agents for the suppliers and the itinerary is subject to change.   Cancellations need to be sent to:   MHRWW 453 Alpine Drive Colfax, CA. 95713
